Energizing Yoga

Rejuvenate your spirit during your lunch hour. This class helps you find the connection between mind and body with breath and movement.

Yoga Remix

In this 30-minute class you’ll incorporate weights and other equipment with traditional yoga movements and postures for enhanced toning.

Power Yoga

Ready to sweat? This intensive muscle-building workout will help you take traditional yoga poses to a whole new level.

Nia

This total-body conditioning class incorporates movements from a variety of disciplines including: yoga, tai chi, tae kwon do, aikido, jazz and modern dance.

Barre

Lift and tone your muscles through small isolated movements in this comprehensive workout that combines ballet, Pilates and strength conditioning.

TRX

You'll engage your core throughout this 30-minute class that utilizes the TRX suspension system and your body weight as resistance.

Fit & Firm

Get a calorie-crushing workout in just 30 minutes. You’ll utilize the kettlebell, Body Bar, BOSU and dumbbells during this non-stop cardio and strength class.

Butts & Guts

Target your core and lower body in this challenging 30-minute class. A variety of exercises will shape and tone your abs, butt, hips and thighs.

Core

As you might guess, this class is 30 minutes focused 100% on your core! You’ll firm and strengthen your abs, obliques, glutes and low back.

Plyo Bootcamp

This class will keep your heart rate up for maximum calorie burn as you mix conditioning drills and plyometrics between resistance exercises.

Cycle

Short on time? Hop on the bike and get ready for 30 minutes of hills and sprints to get your heart pumping.

Zumba

Cycle Fusion: Yoga Sculpt
