The first thing you’ll notice when you step into the fitness loft at the corner of 10th and Pike, is the space itself. And once you’re done site seeing, it’s time to choose a class and get to it! Mode Studio offers cycling, barre, boot camp, Zumba®, yoga, cardio kickboxing, mat pilates, suspension and boxing boot camp.

Barre

Get a comprehensive workout combining Ballet, Pilates and strength conditioning as you lift and tone your muscles through small isolated movements.

Classes incorporate light weights, exercise balls, resistance bands and the ballet barre to strengthen and tone the body.

Mat Pilates

A body-conditioning technique designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body while targeting the deep postural muscles within the body. Excellent for improving posture, strength and flexibility and aligning the body correctly.
