We are looking for experienced Group Fitness, Pilates, and Yoga instructors who are committed to high levels of excellence, member service and care.

Class rates are competitive; minimum 2 years teaching experience required.

Promote and sell memberships to potential new members as well as selling renewals/upgrades to current gym members.

Major Responsibilities:

• Generate sales, follow up on all prospects, conduct telephone inquiries, conduct gym tours, and maintain fitness planner by using established Mode of Fitness sales systems.
• Establish and maintain minimum number of lead boxes in community on monthly basis.
• Establish and maintain minimum required referral program as defined by Mode of Fitness.
• Remain current on Mode of Fitness pricing and promotion schedule.
• Maintain knowledge of Mode of Fitness history, background, philosophy, facilities, staff, and policies.
• Prepare, attend, and actively participate in sales meetings, and assume responsibility for developing selling skills.
• Support other staff members in achieving their goals.

Requirements:

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Must be able to successfully pass all testing requirements, including fitness center tours, telephone inquiry, counselor planner audit, guest card audit, lead box program, referral program, and corporate outreach program.
• Ability to achieve acceptable level of memberships per month.
• Basic computer skills.
